Ingredients

Allspice berries, cassia, coriander, elderberries, fennel seeds, ginger, juniper berries, lavender, lemongrass, orange & lemon peel, pink peppercorns, rose petals.


May contain gluten and traces of nuts, including peanuts.

How do I use this kit?

1. Pick 1 or 2 ingredients, using the recipe guide if you'd like inspiration
2. Add them to your gin. You can do this either using a jam jar for smaller infusions, or by the bottle
3. Leave it to infuse for roughly 6 hours, until you're happy with the taste.
4. Pour 1-2 measures into a glass, add your favourite mixer and serve
