We offer free standard delivery for all UK orders (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Delivery timescales

For U.K. mainland addresses, we aim to deliver your order within two working days from order. 

For non U.K. mainland addresses, please allow an extra day or two as delivery may be subject to variation.

Deliveries are not able to be made on national holidays or Sundays.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order.

We always endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period. However, we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items for whatever reason.

Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 14 days, please contact us quoting your order number at hello@naturalandnoble.co.uk.

Receipt of your order

Delivery notes should be signed "unexamined". In the event of breakage or short delivery, we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. 

Returns and refunds

Upon receipt of your order, if you believe that the items do not conform substantially to their corresponding description, you must inform us within seven days of receipt of the order.  After this period, we will deem you to have accepted the items. If you request a refund, we will refund your money within 48 hours of receiving the returned products, which must be returned to us in good condition and at your own expense via a tracked delivery service.

Incorrect product delivered

If this happens, for whatever reason, please let us know at hello@naturalandnoble.co.uk and we will send you the correct item out the same or next working day, free of charge.

Cancellation of orders

If either party cancels an order prior to dispatch and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund within 72 hours.
