What's inside?

One pack of special mulling spice blend that can added to infuse 1 litre of wine, cider or gin.

How do I use this kit?

1. Pour 1 litre of red wine, cider, or ale into a large saucepan. If you're making mulled gin, use 1 litre of apple juice (the gin is added at the end).
2. Add the mulled spice blend plus sugar and/or water (see pack).
3. Gently warm on a very low heat for minimum 30 minutes
4. Serve warm

What else do I need?

1 litre of either red wine or cider.
A large bottle of apple juice and splash of gin if you're mulling gin.

How many drinks will this make?

1 litre will make approximately 6 drinks.

How long will it last?

Minimum shelf life 10 months. For best before date see back of pack.
