DIY Gin Kit

Using this kit will allow you to create your own flavoured spirit (gin or rum, depending which you use).

We believe that freshly flavoured drinks are nicer and more authentic than pre-flavoured ones.

There are various other uses (e.g. flavoured syrups) which are explained in the instruction guide, and ideal for creating unique, delicious simple cocktails (e.g. gin or rum sours and martini drinks).

Unused, the kit will last up to 2 years.

An infusion will last at least 6 months. When you are happy with the flavour of your liquor, we would suggested straining out the ingredients.

Own label gin or rum (depending on which product you buy).

A jam jar or mason jar with lid.

It is very simple.

You will need spirit (a basic own label gin or rum is well suited for this).

We suggest using a container, like a clean jam jar/mason jar and adding spirit plus ingredients from the kit. The flavours of these ingredients will infuse into the spirit.

Detailed instructions are included in the product, which tells you the ration of ingredients to spirit, infusing times and so on.
