How it works

• Add your chosen spices and botanicals to your base rum (min. 37.5% ABV).
• Infuse for 15 minutes (a glass) or 3–5 days (a 70cl bottle).
• Strain and enjoy—neat, over ice, with a mixer... or however you like it.

Cloves, Coffee Beans (Brazil, Columbia), Fennel Seeds (India), Orange Peel, Pink Peppercorns (Brazil), Star Anise.
