Back in the 1990s

Natural and Noble’s origins stretch back to the early 1990s, just as the Cold War drew to a close. Our founder's first cousin, John, was a cartographer in Germany, a talent and location suddenly in focus after the fall of the Berlin Wall as former Soviet states sought to map property boundaries at a time of great change.

The need to infuse

Travelling around Eastern Europe brought John into contact with many local communities and representatives, where after-work socialising almost always included vodka. But the vodka he encountered was often harsh and unpalatable.

He realised you had to add spices, herbs and fruit to make it delicious. John returned to the UK, bringing great stories and a love of infusing basic spirits.

Fast forward to 2018

After building a successful multi-site food hall business, Gordon realised something: in food, people take pride in making things from scratch. But when it comes to drinks, most simply buy them pre-made. Why shouldn’t we take the same creative joy in crafting our own beverages?

Natural and Noble was born.

Today

We celebrate natural ingredients and the nobility of what nature has to offer. Our vision is to Bring Flavour Through Infusion.

We want everyone to explore the rich world of flavour, to go beyond the ordinary, and rediscover the fun of creating your own drinks via infusion. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer.
